1. Application of Danas EPS Cement Sandwich Wall Panel
Mainly use for intertnal wall & external wall of different types of building
Also can use for roof & floor (need to support by steel structure)
Widely use for different types of building, such as condominum, apartment, hotel, office building,
mix-used building,shopping mall,hospital, school, warehouse, gym, prefab house, villa, resort etc
2. What is the raw material of Danas sandwich wall panel ？
Face board: Normal we using calcium silicon board as the face board
( Fiber cement board or Mgo board can do according to client requirement)
Inner Core: EPS, Cement, Sand, Water etc mixing together
3. Specification of Danas EPS Cement Sandwich Wall Panel ?
Normally our wal panel size as below: Length* Width*Thickness
2270mm*610mm*(60mm/75mm/90mm/100mm/120mm/150mm/180mm)
Other size, such as 2440mm,2700mm,3000mm can be customized, can discussed further by email.
4. Recommend thickness for internal wall/external wall ?
Internal wall: 75mm/90mm/100mm
External wall:100mm/120mm/150mm
Only for your reference. As different country, with different climate & tempreature, suggest talk further.
5. What is your MOQ of sandwcih wall panels ?
Normally it is 1 20ft. With different thickness, different loading quantity.
For example, 2270mm*610mm*100mm, 1 20ft can loading around 189pcs=261.7m2.
2270mm*610mm*150mm, 1 20ft can loading around 126pcs=174.5m2
6. Delivery time of wall panels ?
Normally order around 7-15 working days (Public holiday do not included)
Big order, says more than 5000m2, can further discuss by email.

8. What is disadvantages of your sandwich wall panel ?
Our sandwich wall panel only using as filling wall, it is non-load bearing.
Mainly our wall panel use as the internal partition wall & external wall (for less than 6 floor building)
If you want use as roof & floor, then you need to support by steel structure, do make your cost much more higher.
9. How can I get samples ?
We glad to send you the free wall panel samples , brochures etc, while you need to pay for the freight charges ( can send you back upon you place an order)
If you get the DHL , UPS , Fedex account , that is the best, then we can send by freight collect.
If not , you can transfer money to our West Union account , then we send you samples by our company own account .

Second largest market is Mid East

Danas lightweight sandwich wall panel machinery annual productivity range from 100,000m2 , 200,000m2,
300,000m2, 400,000m2, 500,000m2, 600,000m2, 700,000m2, 800,000m2, 900,000m2 to 1,000,000m2
If first time investment, suggest
can start from a small production line, thus can lower your investment cost.
At same time, maintain enough land, plan enough production area & stacking area etc, thus for further expanding productivity use.
